Jason started wrestling and martial arts at the age of 6 in London.
Trained by Johnny Rodz and Bobby Boldeagle
Jason started in professional wrestling in 1984 working for Top federations such as WWF WCW ECW WWE WING (Japan) among others
He celebrates 45 years in the industry in 2025, as he opens his new school Impact Central Pro Wrestling Dojo.
He has had previous success with his schools in Connecticut: House Of Pain, Power Station, and Impact Central.
his past students include Mercedes Martinez, Velvet Sky, Dylan Kage & Bobby Ocean among others .
Jason has worked with top names in the industry from Ric Flair, Vader, Lex Luger, Micheal Hayes, Undertaker (as Mean Mark) and countless others. He is best known for his 8 years with ECW where he was ECWs First Extreme Era Television Heavyweight Champion

* Pro wrestling training with ECW Jason Knight - $500 Down, $250 for 12 months.
* Mat Fees (OPEN MAT) for TRAINED wrestlers $60 per month
* Personal body building and fitness training with Jason Knight - $100 per hour and a half. This is one on one training with Jason that includes a personalized workout routine to your body type and goals, guided and designed by Jason who has been personal training since 1984 in some of New York‘s most elite fitness clubs.
