ECW JASON KNIGHT “The Sexiest Man On Earth” - Senior Instructor
Jason started wrestling and martial arts at the age of 6 in London.
Trained by Johnny Rodz and Bobby Boldeagle
Jason started in professional wrestling in 1984 working for Top federations such as WWF WCW ECW WWE WING (Japan) among others
He celebrates 45 years in the industry in 2025, as he opens his new school Impact Central Pro Wrestling Dojo.
He has had previous success with his schools in Connecticut: House Of Pain, Power Station, and Impact Central.
his past students include Mercedes Martinez, Velvet Sky, Dylan Kage & Bobby Ocean among others .
Jason has worked with top names in the industry from Ric Flair, Vader, Lex Luger, Micheal Hayes, Undertaker (as Mean Mark) and countless others. He is best known for his 8 years with ECW where he was ECWs First Extreme Era Television Heavyweight Champion
ECW IRONMAN TOMMY CAIRO - Senior Instructor
Trained by Bobby Boldeagle.
ECW original Ironman Tommy Cairo has a record of success in pro wrestling.
From being involved in the first Singapore Cane match in 1994, Cairo went on to win many championships, including the NWA North American Title, the USA Pro Heavyweight championship & the Outlaws of Wrestling heavyweight title, as well as many others.
In2008 Cairo founded Force One Pro Wrestling, a training center as well as a successful promotion, turning out dozens of well trade students.
After taking some time off to recover from several surgeries, he founded Coastal Pro Wrestling, another successful.promotion that ran for years along the Jersey shore.

LEARN TO WRESTLE FROM A PRO
TRAIN WITH ECW ORIGINAL JASON KNIGHT WITH 45 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
*Classes begin April 1, 2025.
*Wrestlers can train 5pm-11pm Monday-Friday. Classes are ongoing during training hours.
Training at IMPACT CENTRAL requires a 3 month “Boot Camp”
Cost for 18+ $3000
Payment plan is $3500 with $1000 down and balance due within 12 weekly installments of $208
Cost for 14 yrs - 17 years is $2000
Payment plan is $2500 with $1000 down and balance due within 12 weekly installments of $125
Training continues after boot camp for $30 per month
*Gym fees for ALL TRAINED wrestlers are $30 per month or $10 per day for non members. This pertains to professional wrestlers who have completed the 3 month boot camp with Jason or have completed training with a qualified trainer or school in the industry. Backyard wrestling does not count.
